Active Membership is open to those who have earned at least a licentiate in canon law; Associate Membership is open to any others who wish to associate themselves with the purpose of the Society; Student Associate Membership is open to those enrolled in any school of Canon Law engaged in studies to obtain a licentiate in canon law
