Monsignor Raymond G. Breton passed into eternal rest on November 2, 2014. Ordained in 1968 as a priest of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate, Msgr. Breton was incardinated into the Diocese of Oakland, California, in 1973.

Msgr. Breton received his licentiate in canon law from the Angelicum in 2000. A member of the Canon Law Society since that time, he most recently served as Promoter of Justice and Judicial Vicar for the Diocese of Oakland. Msgr. Breton devoted 12 years to the Tribunal in Oakland before retiring in 2012.

Please keep Msgr. Breton, his family, and his brother priests in your prayers. May he rest in God's peace.
