Having only begun to examine the translation, I find two typographical errors in the first two pages. More seriously, there is an error of translation in page 2, section II, "A single judge . . . " The translation has in regard to the bishop: " . . . the pastoral exercise of his juridical powers . . .", but the Latin has " exercitio suae iudicialis potestatis . . ." . This means "power" rather than "powers" and not "juridical" but "judicial." The correct word "judicial" does make a very real and important difference. The entire translation could be checked carefully.
