Fr. William E. Duggan

Father William E. Duggan, JCL died on March 19, 2009 of natural causes at his family home in California; he was 81 years old and had been ordained 56 years. Fr. Duggan served as Parochial Vicar in several California parishes, and served as Pastor of Saint Michael Church in San Francisco for seven years and Pastor of Saint Thomas the Apostle Church in San Francisco for five years. Fr. Duggan served in the Tribunal of the Archdiocese of San Francisco as a Judge and Adjutant Judicial Vicar until his retirement in 1997. He continued to provide assistance to the Metropolitan Tribunal even after his retirement.

Fr. Duggan is survived by his brother, Fr. Eugene F. "Bud" Duggan. Please remember Fr. Duggan and his family in your prayers and Masses.
