Moto Proprio "Omnium in Mentem": Modifications to the Code of Canon Law

Benedict XVI made public today Moto Proprio "Omnium in mentem" with two modifications to the Code of Canon Law. The modifications are for canons 1008, 1009, 1086, 1017 and 1124 and the original Latin text can be found here.
