Rotal Jurisprudence: Selected Translations

The long-awaited Rotal Jurisprudence is now available through the CLSA online bookstore.

Rotal Jurisprudence is a collection of sixteen English translations of complete marriage nullity decisions by rotal auditors. The decisions were translated by canonists skilled in Latin and the translations were approved by the respective ponens at the Roman Rota. The Latin in iure sections of the decisions are also included. The sentences or decrees will be a valuable resource for all Tribunal personnel. The collection is edited by Sr. Victoria Vondenberger, RSM, chair of the CLSA Sacramental Law Committee.
