The Holy Father appointed Gregory L. Parkes, a clergy from the Diocese of Orlando, and David J. Malloy, a clergy of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, bishop of the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee and the Diocese of Rockford, respectively.

Bishop-elect Parkes was ordained a priest in 1999, received his JCL from the Gregorian University in 2000 and has been an Active member of the Society since 2001. He was currently serving the Diocese of Orlando as pastor, Chancellor for Canonical Affairs and Vicar General.

Bishop-elect Malloy was ordained a priest in 1983, received his JCL from the Angelicum University in 2003, served in the diplomatic service of the Holy See before becoming an official of the Prefecture of the Pontifical Household. From 2006 to 2011 he was Secretary General of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Bishop-elect Malloy was a member of the Society in the early 2000's.

The CLSA offers prayers and best wishes in their new ministry.
